TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms of service carefully before using any of the services offered by TH Media Ltd (TrafficHolder.com).

Before creating an account, you have to accept the terms of service listed below:

100% advance payment is necessary before a traffic campaign can start.

We reserve the right to deny service to any individual or URL at our discretion. A pro-rata refund will be provided if service is denied after a campaign has started.

Traffic Holder does not guarantee sales or sign-ups. Traffic Holder guarantees that the traffic you purchase will be delivered to your website.

Our count is final. If at any time you feel that the count is not correct, just cancel your order and request a refund of your remaining balance. Please do not message us about suspected inaccurate counts if you are using a third party javascript counter. Server logs are the only reliable method of keeping statistics. Stats, data and other information from third party counters (such as SexTracker) are never 100% accurate. You are welcome to buy traffic to a php counter/redirecter that goes to the target URL only. This is the most accurate way to record stats.

Traffic Holder cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime of your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the traffic amount you are ordering.

Traffic Holder will in no way be held responsible for slow server bandwidth.

Traffic Holder will in no way be responsible for determining the server bandwidth capabilities of customer sites.

Traffic Holder will not be responsible for incorrect URLs. This is the responsibility of the client only to check all the campaign URLs.

If you redirect our traffic to any URL that we did not approve, or if your site at ANY time has a console, popup, popunder, spyware, virus, adware, auto loader of anything, sounds, floaters, toolbar, your account will be frozen and you will be charged 1 USD for every unique surfer that your site has received from us per OUR count. Traffic Holder also does not allow torrent sites to use the service.

These terms of service are subject to change at our discretion. We will notify you 3 days prior to any changes taking effect. Should you continue to use our services after any changes, you are signifying your acceptance of the changes.

REFUNDS POLICY

We issue refunds for traffic that has not been delivered. In order to request Credit Card refund, please contact Customer Service by e-mail support@trafficholder.com with your account username. We will process your refund request within 3 business days. If you deposit funds using another payment system, you need to stop/suspend/delete your orders and request payment to the payment system you used to deposit funds. Traffic Holder will issue refund to the payment system you've paid from. We will not process refund to another payment system.

PRIVACY POLICY

Traffic Holder is devoted to keeping your privacy safe. When you sign up for our services, we guarantee that any information that you share with us will not be used in any way other than to respond to your inquiries, process your orders, and send you system information regarding your account.

Your privacy is important to us, and as such, we do not share or distribute contact information or client information with or to any company or person for any reason.

Traffic Holder staff will not share or publish any communication logs. Customer Service requests history, Live Chat, ICQ and e-mail requests are strictly confidential.

If you found somebody is operating your account using your name and your password without your prior consent, this would be your responsibility. You should contact Customer Service immediately and change your password.
